Placing an order
Provide accurate contact, delivery, and billing information and use only a payment method you are authorized to use. Review the design, size, quantity, and final total before submitting an order. Orders are subject to payment authorization and reasonable fraud checks.
Products & availability
Our products are four-piece cotton sheet sets. Each product page describes its fabric, design, size, included pieces, and care. Only the listed contents are included; styled bedding and room accessories are excluded unless expressly stated.
Screen settings and lighting may affect color appearance. Reasonable manufacturing variation does not remove your rights if an item is materially different from its description. Stock and selected variants may change.
Prices, payment & errors
The currency, selected items, discounts, shipping charges, applicable taxes, and final total are displayed before payment. Available payment methods appear at checkout.
If a genuine pricing, inventory, or technical error materially affects an order, we will explain the issue and offer an appropriate resolution. We may reasonably decline or cancel an order for payment failure, suspected fraud, unavailable stock, or legal restrictions. Any payment collected for a canceled order will be refunded to the original payment method.
Processing & delivery
Normal processing takes 2–4 business days after payment confirmation, or up to 5 business days during peak periods. Estimated transit to supported U.S. destinations is 10–15 business days after dispatch. Processing and transit are separate. Cancellation, returns & refunds
Contact support promptly to request cancellation before fulfillment; cancellation is not guaranteed after fulfillment begins. Eligible returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item. See our Return & Refund Policy for the complete conditions.
Product care & concerns
Measure mattress dimensions and total depth before ordering, and follow the supplied care label. These sets are adult bedding and are not intended for cribs or bassinets. For damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or misdescribed items, contact support so we can arrange an appropriate remedy.
Promotions & policy changes
Promotional terms, eligibility, and expiry dates are shown with the relevant offer. Updates to these terms apply prospectively and do not remove the terms or mandatory rights that applied to an existing purchase.
Consumer rights & disputes
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights, remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Please contact service@jianiuh.com about an order concern so we can try to resolve it. This does not prevent you from using statutory complaint or dispute-resolution options.
