Return & Refund Policy

30-day return window

For an eligible return, contact service@jianiuh.com within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Include your order number, product name, selected size, and reason for the request.

Standard return condition

For change-of-mind returns, bedding must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, and complete with one fitted sheet, one flat sheet, and both pillowcases. Include original packaging where reasonably possible. Please confirm mattress measurements before opening and washing.

These conditions do not restrict remedies for defective, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or misdescribed products or mandatory consumer rights.

Return instructions & address

Contact us before posting a return. After reviewing your request, we will supply the appropriate return address and instructions. Do not send items to our registered business address unless support specifically instructs you to do so. Retain proof of postage and tracking.

Shipping responsibility

For eligible change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping; original delivery charges are generally not refunded except where required by law. For a confirmed product defect or fulfillment error, we will arrange an appropriate solution and cover reasonable return costs when a return is required.

Any applicable shipping deductions will be explained before you proceed. No restocking fee is charged.

Inspection & refund timing

We inspect returned items for the applicable return conditions and completeness. Once an eligible return is received and inspected, approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to show the credit.

If a refund is declined or adjusted, we will explain the reason. If you have not received an expected refund, contact us with your order number.

Damaged, wrong, or incomplete sets

Contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and a description of the concern. Clear photos may help identify a defect, wrong size or design, or missing component. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or return arrangement. Do not send sensitive personal information in photos.

Cancellation & exchanges

Request cancellation promptly before fulfillment begins. It cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment or shipping has started. A successful cancellation before fulfillment has no cancellation fee.

For a different design or size, contact support to discuss availability and return arrangements. An exchange is not confirmed until our team agrees the next steps.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not exclude or limit consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any mandatory cancellation, return, refund, or defect rights available in your jurisdiction continue to apply.
