What comes in a set?
One fitted sheet with all-around elastic, one flat sheet, and two envelope-closure pillowcases. The set does not include a duvet cover, comforter, duvet insert, pillows, blankets, or styling accessories.
Which fabric should I choose?
Percale has a crisp woven feel and matte appearance. Sateen has a smoother surface and gentle sheen. Lavender Margin, Rosewater Frame, and Pearl Stitch are sateen; the other nine designs are percale. See the product page for embroidery and trim materials.
Will it fit my mattress?
All sets have a 16-inch fitted-sheet pocket for mattresses up to 15 inches deep, including any topper. Full fitted sheets measure 54 × 75 inches, Queen 60 × 80 inches, and King 78 × 80 inches. King is not interchangeable with California King.
Flat sheets: Full 81 × 96 inches; Queen 90 × 102 inches; King 108 × 102 inches. Each pillowcase: Full/Queen 20 × 30 inches; King 20 × 40 inches. Check the full product size chart before ordering.
How should I wash the bedding?
Follow the supplied care label. The collection’s general guidance is to wash before first use on a cold, gentle cycle, avoid bleach, tumble dry low, and remove promptly. Use mesh bags for embroidered pillowcases where directed, and iron embroidery from the reverse with a pressing cloth.
Is this infant bedding?
No. These sets are adult bedding and are not intended for cribs, bassinets, or infant sleep spaces. Keep bedding away from flames and heaters, and keep packaging away from children.
When will my order arrive?
Normal processing is 2–4 business days after payment confirmation, or up to 5 business days during peak periods. Estimated transit for supported U.S. destinations is 10–15 business days after dispatch. Processing and transit are separate. Shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout.
Can I cancel an order?
Contact service@jianiuh.com promptly with your order number. We will try to cancel before fulfillment begins; cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment or dispatch has started.
How do returns and refunds work?
Contact us within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery for an eligible return. Standard change-of-mind returns should be unused, unwashed, and complete. Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection. Your payment provider may take additional time. Product defects and mandatory consumer rights are handled separately from change-of-mind conditions.
